He was also nominated for a PETME (PETS FOR THE ETHICAL TREATMENT OF MOLES AND EDWARD)AWARD for his touching portrait of the ethical capture and De-capitation of Edward the Mole. His photographs have garnered praise from critics in venues as diverse as Schenectady, New York and East Granby, Connecticut.
