CPR 9-6-2012 The Ambassador Mulls a Petition

 

Really, as the attached photos indicate, the Ambassador Jay Catsby is more interested in mulling  the lack of expeditious breakfast service than he is in any affair of state.  How can he act upon the petitions of stowaway Chinese pussycats without his Fancy Feast.  Clearly,he is more interested in affairs of plate than in affairs of state.  There will be a strongly worded missive to his lollygagging wait staff, this he can promise the world!
